Our Commercial Inspection Business name is CRAMAR Inc. and "My Inspector Guy" does Home Inspection business under the parent company. Prior to incorporating in 2002 we did Building Inspection as a sole proprieter. Prior to 1993 our Senior Inspector worked as a member of the Board of Inspection and Survey for the U.S. Navy inspecting ships and submarines. There is no substitute for years of experience, particularly broad ranging experience. Much of our commercial work has been new construction and renovation inspection services related to California Hospitals and Public Schools.

Senior Inspector Qualifications (over 33,000 hrs of building Inspections)

Retired Naval Submarine Officer and Veteran, Engineering Duty as Project Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent for ship and submarine construction.

Certified Class 1 OSHPD Hospital Inspection.  In Califormia, this is the highest inspection certification offered by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development for Hospital construction. This certification is based on years of construction experience inspecting every facit of Hosptal construction. (Requires continuing education and periodic recertification)

Certified Class A DSA inspection.  This is the highest inspection certificaiton offered by The Division of The State Architect.  This state office has jurisdiction over all school construction in the state including colleges.  (Requires continuing education and periodic recertification)

InterNACHI certified Home Inspector (InterNACHI) is the largest home inspection certifying agency in the world. (Requires continuing education and recertification)
